Introduction

Use to marinate your meat for at least 24 hours! Use to marinate your meat for at least 24 hours!

Ingredients

    5oz of dry red wine
    3 tbsp blsamic vinegar
    6 cloves of garlic chopped
    1 tbsp honey
    1tsp pepper, fresh ground
    1 tbsp rosemary or 3 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
    1 tbsp of dried oregano or 3 tbsp of freshly chopped oregano

    1 l of london broil


Directions

Whisk ingredients together in a bowl and then put it in a zip top bag with meat. Marinate for 2-24 hours. The longer the better.

Grill meat to liking.

    Very Good
    This was very, very good! The only reason I only gave it four stars was because I think it needs to marinate for more than two hours, maybe more like four or six at the minimum, because mine turned out chewy. The flavor is spectacular, though! - 7/31/12
