    2 Chicken Breast (I use about 5 chicken tenders)
    1 Can of Corn
    1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
    1 Can of Black Beans
    Dash of garlic powder or Mrs. Dash garlic & herb
    Dash of pepper
    2 cups of salsa of your choice
    1/2 cup of diced onion
    1 Can of refried beans low fat
    1 cup of shredded cheese


Fry chicken in a large pan with olive oil. Cut up chicken before or after frying. Drain corn, tomatoes, and black beans then add to pan once chicken is fully cooked. Add salsa, pepper, onion, garlic powder and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over heated refried beans. Sprinkle with cheese.
