Introduction
this pizza is quick & easy and doesn't require a ton of weird ingredients. this pizza is quick & easy and doesn't require a ton of weird ingredients.Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

Pizza crust dough (1can, any brand works)
.5 cupRagu pizza sauce (any brand works)
1.5 cup iceberg lettuce (head is cheaper than packaged salad)
2 cup low fat cheddar cheese
1 cup tomato (diced)
salsa .5 cup
lean g beef 1lb
taco seasoning
Directions
1. preheat oven per package directions on dough
2. brown ground beef
3. while cooking beef, spread dough across a greased baking sheet (cake pan works around 13x9 size)
4. spread sauce across the pizza dough
5. add taco seasoning to the cooked ground beef
6. spread the taco flavored beef across your pizza dough and sauce
7. add 1/4 (approx) of your cheese on top of your beef
8. cook per package directions on dough (approx 18 min but keep an eye on it, sometimes it's much faster!!!)
9. spread shredded lettuce across the top
10. add the rest of the cheese spread across the top of the lettuce
11. put the diced tomato on top of the cheese
12. serve with salsa added to each slice as the individual desires
this makes 1 9*3 dish cut into 12 equal slices. Fat free sour cream also makes a great addition to each slice as served.
