Introduction

This is a yummy light dinner option packed with protien I usually add different veggies too! This is a yummy light dinner option packed with protien I usually add different veggies too!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb Chicken breast, boneless skinless or ground chicken breast

    2 15.5 oz cans chili beans

    1 15 oz can of black beans drained and rinsed

    1 15.5 oz Red Kidney Beans

    1 14.5 oz can Tomatoes with Green chilis

    2 5.5 oz cans V8 Spicy Hot

    2 packets chili seasoning mix

Directions

Place all ingredients into the Crockpot. Cook on high for 6 hours, stir occasionally. Can be topped with cheese and sour cream. Can also be made quickly on the stove, brown chicken with 1/4 of the chili seasoning until down. Then add the other ingredients to a large pot simmar on medium high for 30 minutes and enjoy. This makes 8 1 cup servings.
