2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can Campbell's fat free cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
4 oz. sharp cheddar
3/4 cup light or fat free mayo
1 medium onion
1/2 cup Ritz crackers
Directions
Mix ingredients (except crackers). Put in well buttered backing dish. Sprinkle top with crackers and dot with butter
Bake at 350 for 305 minutes or until no longer runny. If in refrigerator, bake for 45 minutes or until no longer runny.
