Ingredients

    Garlic - 2 cloves
    Beef bouillon (2 packets)
    Curry powder - 1/4 tsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes - 3 medium (diced)
    Onions - 2 medium (diced)
    Garlic - 2 fresh cloves
    Red cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
    Red Potatoes -1 cup
    Carrots - 1 cup
    Celery - 1 cup
    Zucchini - 1 cup
    Green Peppers - 1 cup
    Lentils (dried beans) - 1 cup

Directions

Dice all ingredients and combine in a pot with 6 to 8 cups of water. Boil until veggies are tender. Makes 14 one cup servings.
