Ingredients

    1 Box of Uncle Bens white rice bags
    2 cans (10.5 oz) 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    6-8 (4oz) fresh Tilapia Fillets
    Pinch of basil

Directions

"Preheat oven to 350. Cook all four Uncles Ben's bags of rice according to box. Empty box cans of Cream of Chicken in a sauce pan. Fill both soup cans with water and add to soup. Add diced onion, basil, and garlic salt to soup. Heat soup until well blended. Pour rice in medium size roasting pan. Pour soup over rice and stir until mixed. Place fish in mixture. Made sure fish is covered with soup and rice. Place lid on roasting pan and put in oven. Cook 40 minutes. Makes 4 servings
