Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1 egg medium
    1 cup canned whole cramberry's
    1/4 cupmilk
    1 tsp oil
    1 tsp baking powder
    4 tsp sugar
    1 tbsp oil

Directions

Put 1 cup flour in medium bowl, In four cup measuring cup, mix cranberry's, milk 1 tsp oil, baking powder, sugar, add to flour and mix untill smoth, if more liquid is needed use milk. use remaining oil for cooking. these can be served the way they are, or u can add pancake syrup.

Makes 5 6" pancakes

    Incredible!
    I made these on Christmas morning with fresh whole cranberries from the produce section instead of canned because they were in season. Then I chopped them up. Very delicious!! - 6/14/13

    Delicious. I used stevia instead of sugar, 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour and cinnamon. I will make again. - 11/10/09

    Incredible!
    Really good! I made my a little different. Used half whole wheat flour, splenda blend instead of sugar, and egg beaters instead of the egg. I just ate them as is. This is a recipe I will make again! - 3/21/09
