Ingredients

Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet
Honey, 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp
*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 2 dash
Brown Sugar, 1.5 tsp unpacked
Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.25 breast, bone and skin removed
Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
Basil, 0.25 tbsp
Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 0.25 tbsp
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 leaf, large
Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 slice
Directions
1. Boil the egg.
2. Mix the mustard, honey, soy sauce, pepper, and mayo in a bowl. Set aside 1/4 of the mixture. Marinade the chicken in the remaining mixture.
3. Chop the hard boiled egg. Add 1/4 tbsp of mayo, basil, and pepper.
4. Grill the chicken. Use the set aside mixture for basting.
5. Spread the egg mixture onto the bread. Layer the chicken and lettuce. Cover with the remaining bread slice.
6. Toast if desired.
