Ingredients

    1# Ground Pork
    1# Ground Beef
    2 Qts Beef Broth
    2 Qts water
    1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
    12 C chopped bok choy (use both white & green parts)
    2 C chopped onion
    1 1/2 C chopped celery
    1 C shredded Daikon radish
    4 cloves minced garlic
    2 T vinegar
    1 T ground dry mustard
    2 t. chili powder
    sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown and drain meat. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 45 minutes - 1 hr, depending on how soft you like your veggies.

Use a low-sodium broth if you're watching your sodium.
