Introduction

Ingredients

    8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp hoisin sauce
    1 tbsp teriyaki sauce (low cal)
    1 tbsp Rooster Chili sauce
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp flour
    2 cloves garlic
    1 cup water
    1 cup chopped white onion
    .5 cup frozen peas

Directions

Cut up chicken into bite-size pieces and begin to brown in a non-stick pan with Pam. After two minutes or so, add onion with more Pam, stir. After two minutes add chopped garlic with Pam, stir. Turn heat down to low, add all liquid ingredients except water. Combine water and flour in a cup, whisk. Slowly add to pan and stir to avoid lumps. Add brown sugar and frozen peas. Bring back to a boil, stirring constantly. Serve once it is thickened.
