    1 pound Beef cubed
    1 cup sweet bell pepper chopped or cut in strips
    3 sm potatoes diced
    2 med tomatoes diced
    1 portabella mushroom chopped
    4 cups water
    1/8 of a small-medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste


Brown meat then place all items in crockpot cook on low until all veggys are tender.
