Ingredients

    2 cans of tuna, in water (Drained)
    2 cups (cooked) whole wheat wide noodles
    1 can (1 1/4 cup) low fat cream of mushroom
    1 cup frozen peas and carrots
    1 cup Kraft shredded cheese
    Season to taste

Directions

Cook noodles. Drain. Return to pot.
Add tuna, cream of mushroom, peas and carrots. Lightly mix. Pour into lightly grease casserole. Spread cheese over noodle mix and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
