Ingredients

2-3 c dark lettuce leaves
3 oz sliced turkey breast, cut in strips
1 oz swiss cheese, RF, cut in in strips
5 black olives, halved
1 plum tomato, chopped
1 TB hellman's light mayo
1 TB ketchup
3 whole wheat melba toasts
Directions
on a large plate, pile the lettuce. top with turkey, cheese, olives, and tomato. In a separate bowl, make the dressing by combining the ketchup and mayonnaise. Dress the sald and serve with melba toasts.
