Ingredients

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 0.5 large

    Ground beef, 2 Lbs
    Bush's, Black Beans, 3 cup (2 cans)
    Contadina Tomato Sauce, 1.75 cup (1 can)
    Garlic, 1 Tbsp
    Garlic Salt, 2 Tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 Tbsp
    RoTel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles, 6 cup (2 cans)

Directions

Makes 12 - 1 cup servings.

Saute the onions in the olive oil until clear;

Add beef and spices and brown the meat. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
