1/2 cup Bisquick heart Healthy
1 egg beaten
2 tbs BBQ Sauce

Put potato chips in a zip lock back and crush. Add bisquick mix to chips and mix well. In a small shallow dish mix egg and 2 tbs BBQ sauce. Dip pork chops in egg mixture and then place in Bisquick/Chip mixture. Shake bag to coat pork chop. In a non stick skilet, heat the oil over medium heat.
