    3/4 cup bbq sauce
1 cup BBQ flavored potato chips
    1/2 cup Bisquick heart Healthy
    1 egg beaten
    2 tbs BBQ Sauce
6 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
1 tbs canola or vegetable oil

Directions

Put potato chips in a zip lock back and crush. Add bisquick mix to chips and mix well. In a small shallow dish mix egg and 2 tbs BBQ sauce. Dip pork chops in egg mixture and then place in Bisquick/Chip mixture. Shake bag to coat pork chop. In a non stick skilet, heat the oil over medium heat. Cook pork choops in oil for 15-20 minutes, turning once when golden brown on the outside and no longer pink in the center. Serve with 3/4 cup Barbeque Sauce. Enjoy!
