Ingredients

Half a box or about 7 oz. of Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta (Or your favorite pasta).
2 C. Cooked shrimp
2 C. Broccoli
2 C. Carrots
2 C. Cauliflower
1 (16oz.) Jar Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce
Directions
1. Cook pasta as directed.
2. Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
3. Steam vegetables in the microwave for about 5 minutes or until tender.
4. While vegetables are cooking, heat the shrimp in a pan until cooked through.
5. Drain pasta, reserving about a 1/4-1/2 cup of the cooking water.
6. Add shrimp, vegetables, and sauce to the pasta.
7. Add just enough of the reserved cooking water to adjust the thickness of the sauce to your liking.
8. Gently stir until all ingredients are nicely covered with sauce.
9. Serve & enjoy!

I had to customize a sauce as our grocer did not stock the Ragu light. I used this "calorie free" alfredo sauce that we had on hand (it's not very good) and added some packets of alfredo and skim milk. The concoction was decent and may be lower cal than what was posted in the original recipe. - 2/12/09
