Ingredients

    2/3 C Flour
    1 tea baking powder
    1 tea seasoning salt
    1/2 c milk
    2 white fish fillets
    Enough oil to cook each side

Directions

mix all ingredients except fish. Mix until smooth. dip small pieces of the fish in the batter and fry in just enough canola oil to cook each side.
