Ingredients

    2 can italian diced tomatoes
    1# ground lean beef
    1 cup raw rice
    italian season to taste
    1can green beans

Directions

2 can of italian flavored diced tomatoes
use one can and water to cook the rice
brown the beef
I add italian season

mix all together heat well

this will make 6 cups or 6 /1 cup serving

then add 1 can green beans
