Ingredients

1 Tbsp butter melted
4 eggs
1 1/3 cup nonfat milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Scrape the melted butter out of the bowl (microwave) or pan (stovetop) into a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Use a pastry brush to brush it all around. Make sure the glass is well-covered.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, extract and sugar. Whisk in flour and salt until well blended and fairly smooth.
Scrape batter into prepared pan and bake 35 minutes without peeking. Cut into 6 squares to serve.
