2 jars large jalepeno stuffed Green Olives or plain Kalamata Olives even Black Olives work well whatever you prefer just make sure there are no pits.

Honey Dijon Mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Have foiled cookie sheet ready.
Put Greek dressing in bowl
Cut package of bacon in half
Wrap olives with bacon and dip in dressing then place on foiled cookie sheet on thier side so they stand up.
Sprinkle with Jerk seasoning or substitute.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Check
They may need to be rearranged due to how they are browning.
Bake for approx. 5 - 10 min more
On a desert plate decorate with Dijon and Hot sauce ( I do a grid pattern with the mustard and splash with hot sauce.)
Once Olives are cooked place on plate randomly and let sit for 5 minutes or olives will be very hot inside.
Stick with toothpicks and serve.
makes about 40 great for football parties or any party really.
