    8 oz. de bacalao desalado, hervido y desmenuzado(8 oz. Cod Fish boiled,crumbled and washed to get rid of the salt)
    1 taza de harina todo uso(1 cup All-purpose Flour)
    1/2 cdta. polvo de hornear(1/2 tsp Baking Powder)
    1/4 taza de tomates picaditos(1/4 cup diced tomatoes)
    1/4 taza de pimiento verde picadito(1/4 diced green peppers)
    1 sobre de sazon Goya c/ culantro y achiote(1 packet of Goya seasoning w/ coriander and Annato)
    2-3 tazas de Agua(2-3 cups tap water)
    1 taza de aceite de canola para freir(1 cup frying oil Canola)


Mix in a bowl all ingredients, except the Canola oil, to form a smooth batter. Thin it with water not too liquid. In a Fry pan with the Canola oil preheated at medium heat, drop the batter with a tablespoon.Don't pour too many since it will cling together.
Fry it until is golden light brown.Take it out from the fry pan.
Serve hot.

Spanish version:
Mezcle en un envase todos los ingredientes excepto el aceite de freir Canola hasta formar una mezcla suave. Si queda muy espesa la mezcla a~ada mas agua pero no la haga muy liquida. En un sarten con el aceite de Canola precalentado, fria la mezcla por cucharadas. No los Fria muy cerca porque se adhieren una a otras. frialas hasta que se doren.Sirva caliente.
