Ingredients

    Beef, eye of round, 14 oz
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 85 grams
    Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Ginger Root, 3 tsp
    Salsa, .25 cup
    Tomato Paste, 0.12 cup
    Chicken Broth, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
    White Wine, .75 fl oz
    salt
    pepper
    thyme
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    chili paste

Directions

In skillet brown steak, 1tbsp olive oil, and 2 garlic cloves. Put in CrockPot. In skillet, brown, onion, carrots, red pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1 garlic clove. Put in crock pot. Add additional ingredients and toss well. Cook for 7 hours on low, toss, and cook one more hour.
