Ingredients

    4 cups cooked pasta
    2 cans tuna packed in water
    1/4 onion, chopped
    2 tbsp capers
    4 tbsp olive oil
    6 tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup chopped raw veggies (bell pepper, shredded carrot, celery, tomato, zucchini, cabbage or whatever else is in season or on hand)

Directions

combine cooked pasta and tuna (drained) in a large bowl.

mix in veggies, capers, onions.

add salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.

Toss thoroughly.

Makes 6 servings.
