Introduction

This is delish! Tons of veggies, Tons of flavor! This is delish! Tons of veggies, Tons of flavor!

Ingredients

    1 C Spinach
    1 C Mushrooms sliced
    1 Chopped Onion (1/4" Slice)
    1 Large Red Pepper Chopped
    1/2 C Carrot slices

    1 TBSP Olive Oil
    1/4 C Feta Cheese
    1 TBSP Greek Dressing

    1 Chicken Breast

Directions

Pre-cook Chicken Breast.

In a frying pan, add olive oil and veggies. Cook the veggies down. Add feta cheese and continue to stir over heat until it is melted into the mixture. Add in Chicken breast if desired and 1 TBSP of dressing for flavor.

Eat this mixutre raw if desired or put into a tortilla wrap.
