Introduction
I love the flavors in a chicken enchilada, but not the fat. I am always on the go, so this is my hybrid version of getting those flavors with out the fat and sit down or going thru drive-thru. Ingredients

1 - 2oz serving of shaved smokey turkey
1 serving of whole wheat lavash - [ I get mine at whole foods]
1/4 c Lite shredded mexican style chees [ I used Trader Joe's version in this]
1/4 c Enchilada Sauce [ Again TJ version]
1/2 cup Pico De Gallo [ you can sub salsa but it might change the nutritional count]
1 c fresh shredded cabbage [ I take help from the store, and used Fresh Express]
2 ox Lite Sour Cream
Directions
Take the Lavash and spread cheese on it. heat [ I used microwave] 45 seconds. Just to get the chees strating to melt and the Lavash soft.
Assembly:
Add turkey, Pico De Gallo, Sour Cream, Enchilada Sauce. Fold or Roll your Lavash. Enjoy. Hand Held Enchilada.
Recipe makes 1 serving.
But once others smell/ taste it, you can make tons of them for party, just set out the ingedients buffet style. It takes so good you won't miss having the real thing.
