My kids call this "Pizza Steak" and it's a family favorite! My kids call this "Pizza Steak" and it's a family favorite!
Number of Servings: 6


    2 lb. round steak, cut into serving size pieces
    2 T. flour
    1 T. light country crock
    15 oz. can of tomato sauce
    1 green pepper, diced
    8 0z. shredded part skim mozzerella
    1/2 t. dried basil


Dredge pieces of steak in flour, mixed with salt & pepper to taste. Brown lightly in melted light country crock. Once browned, transfer to a 9 X 13 pan. Combine tomato sauce with green pepper and basil. Pour over steak and cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and return to oven, uncovered for 10 minutes.
