Introduction
This is an EASY dinner we enjoy that's healthy and delicious. The cooking time is mostly for the rice simmering. I cook the salmon on the George Forman in the winter and on the grill in the summer. Ingredients

Salmon Fillets (only eat 5 oz)
Rice a Roni Long Grain and Wild rice mix (1/2 cup cooked)
Frozen Broccoli (1 cup cooked)
Lemon and lime juice, kosher salt, dill seasoning
Directions
Grill the salmon pouring juices over it as it cooks. Sprinkle with dill and kosher salt.
Serve with rice a roni (1/2 cup) and broccoli (1 cup)
