Berry-Licious Muffins
1 ½ cups all purpose flour 2 eggs beaten
1 cup whole wheat flour ½ cup applesauce
½ cup flax seed 2/3 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar ½ cup milk
1 tsp baking powder 1 cup blueberries
1 tsp baking soda 1 cup cranberries
½ tsp. Salt
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray muffin tin with pam.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. I separate
Bowl whisk together, egg, applesauce, margarine
And milk. Add this mixture to dry ingredients,
Stirring until blended. Fold in berries. With large
Spoon fill muffin tin. Bake 35 minutes.
