PRESS INTO THE SKILLET FIRMLY. COVER PAN & COOK UNTIL BOTTOM IS FULLY BROWNED. FLIP JICAMA PATTI OVER. RECOVER & COOK UNTIL BOTTOM IS ALSO BROWNED. REMOVE , CUT & SEVE. ENJOY.
