Introduction
This is similar to my 3 ingredient recipe, except I added some seasonings, and a couple of other ingredients. Also, this version uses the artichokes that are marinated in oil, not brine. Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 oz of jarred artichoke hearts, packed in oil (drained)
1 (12) oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
1 can mushrooms (drained)
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Parsley
Directions
Cut the chicken breasts into 2 inch pieces and put them into the slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Cut the artichoke hearts in half and add them to the chicken. Add the cream of mushroom soup, drained tomatoes, and drained mushrooms. Cook for 2 hours on high or 4 to 5 hours on low. Stir and serve.
