I was really hesitant to try this b/c I didn't know if it sounded good, but I love artichokes. I decided to try it and I'm SO glad I did. This was very good! I used healthy choice cream of mushroom soup to cut calories. My fiance loved it too. Definitely will make this again. Thanks!
