Ingredients

    6oz.. yoplait light vanilla yogurt
    2 -1/12 slices from 10in. diameter angel food cake
    1tsp. vanilla extract
    3oz.. fat free half and half
    3oz. fat free ricotta cheese
    4tsp. splenda
    1 cup sliced strawberries

Directions

prep strawberries, set aside, slice cake and set aside, whisk together remaining ingredients till smooth, place half of berries on top of each slice of cake then top each with half of cream mixture; chill if desired.
