Introduction

It's my take of a salad I had at Original Steak House (now closed). It's my take of a salad I had at Original Steak House (now closed).

Ingredients

    Mixed salad greens
    1 Gorton's Grilled Fish Fillet (I like Garlic Butter flavor)
    Cherry Tomatoes to taste
    Mushrooms to taste
    Scallions to taste
    2 tbsp Kraft Caesar Vinigrette w/ Parmesan dressing

Directions

Wash salad greens, tomatoes, mushrooms and scallions. Chop any vegetables to your liking. Microwave Gorton's Grilled Fish Fillet according to package instructions. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Makes two servings.
