Ingredients

    Spelt, Grain, 2/3 cup
    French lentils, 2/3 cup
    Red Quinoa, 2/3 cup
    Amaranth Grain, 1/4 cup
    Water, tap, 5 cup
    Carrots, raw, 4 small chopped
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium chopped
    Coconut butter, 1 tbsp (can sub ghee, butter, or other fat)
    Swiss Chard, 4 cup, chopped
    2 teaspoon ground coriander (or crushed whole)
    2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
    1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh
    ginger
    1 teaspoon whole fennel seed

Directions

Bring water to boil. Add all ingred except chard. Cook at high pressure in pressure cooker 10 min. Allow natural release for 5 min. Stir in chard, cook 1-2 min. Can garnish with fresh avocado.
