Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup egg substitute OR 2 eggs
    2 cups buttermilk (used skim milk and cider vinegar)
    4 tablespoons melted light margarine OR 1/4 oil
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup all purpose white flour
    2 tablespoons splenda granulated OR 2 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoonbaking soda

Directions

Preheat griddle to 375.

Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Then add all wet ingredients. Mix well with wisk.

For each pancake , pour 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle. Cook about 2 minutes or until edge's look cooked and bubbles begin to break on the surface. Flip pancake and cook until golden brown.
