Ingredients:
John Morrell Cubed Ham, 16 oz
*Potato, raw, 4 cup diced
Broccoli, fresh, 2.5 bunch
Onions, raw, 1 small
Milk, canned, evaporated, 1 can (13 oz)
*Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.25 cup
Chicken Broth, 4 cup
Directions
Pour the broth in to a large soup pot. Prepare potatoes and put into pot, bring to a boil.
Take 1/2 head of broccoli and pulverize it in a food processor, put in the soup pot. Clean the broccoli stalks and slice thinly and put in the pot. Clean the broccoli heads and set aside. Chop onions.. in the pot they go! Boil until potatoes and broccoli stalks are tender. Toss in broccoli heads bring pot back to a gentle boil.
Whisk canned milk and soup together until blended. Pour into soup pot and reheat until hot but not boiling and broccoli heads are tender.
