Introduction

A great vegetable to have on the side of any main course. (Can add white potatoes and Can add Original Ranch Dressing to kick it up a little if you like when you serve the beans on the plate.) Ingredients

    1 Large can of Snapped Green Beans with liquid (about 6-8 cups)
    1/2 cup of diced onion
    3 Beef Boulion Cubes
    2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
    1/4 Teaspoon of Lemon Pepper
    A Pinch of sugar

Directions

Open a large can of Snapped Green Beans. Pour into a large pot for cooking. Check for stems and remove. Dice 1/2 cup of sweet onion (Valdalia) and add to the pot of beans with 3 beef boulion cubes, 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil, 1/4 Teaspoon of Lemon Pepper and a Pinch of Sugar. Cook on high until it comes to a boil, turn down to medium and adjust the lid to keep the moisture in. Cook for 30 minutes or more. If water gets low can add more water until done.
