Ingredients

    * Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1 container (8 oz) (remove)
    * Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
    * Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Lemon Juice, 4 fl oz (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    * White Rice, short grain, 2 cup (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)

Directions

- slice chicken into thin slices
- marinate chicken with lemon, olive oil, salt, black pepper
- heat oven to 350F
- cover chicken with foil and cook in oven for 15 minutes to 20 minutes
- then put the yogurt in a pot on the stove (on low) and stir constantly till its warm and then put it aside
- crush the garlic and they put the some canola oil in a frying pan and heat on the stove then add the crushed garlic and cook till golden brown and then add it to the yogurt and stir it together
- chop the cilantro and add to the yogurt and stir it
- add the yogurt on top of the cooked chicken.
Rice:
- wash 2 cups of rice in hot water
- heat about 4-5 cups of chicken broth in a nonstick pot and then add the rice and salt to it, then cover the pot and cook till it's soft, and then add 2 tbsp of oil on top.
