This is a high protein, low cal chili. My family loved it. I make it in a 5 quart crock pot.
This recipe is easy to play with. Add your own secret ingredients or favorite beans. Change up the meat or no meat at all.

Ingredients

    20 oz lean ground turkey
    2 cans pinto beans w/ juice
    1 can dark red kidney beans w/ juice
    1 can black beans w/ juice
    1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
    1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
    1 can crushed tomatoes 14.5 oz
    1/4 c. fresh cilantro or to taste
    3 cloves garlic, smashed, or to taste
    3 tbsp chili powder, or to taste
    3 tbsp ground cumin, or to taste
    3 tbsp sweet paprika

Directions

Brown turkey with garlic cloves. No oil needed.
Place kidney, pinto,and black beans in crock pot.
Add diced, crushed, and tomato sauce. Add browned turkey, with juice, and garlic to crock pot.
Add spices and cilantro to taste. Add water to bring crock pot almost full. This recipe makes 20 1 - cup servings. BUT it's low cal so, have 2 cups.
The longer it cooks, the better it tastes.
