Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 6 large
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can
    Corn Tortillas, 2 tortilla, medium
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    *Onion powder, .5 tsp
    Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp
    Salsa, 1 cup
    Milk 3/4 cup

Directions

Spray 8x8, lay tortillas in bottom of pan

Mix eggs and milk. Add corn, bell pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cilantro.

Pour egg mixture over tortillas

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.

Top with salsa

Makes four 4x4 inch pieces
