Ingredients

    1/4 cup wheat flour
    1/4 cup flax meal
    3 servings french vanilla whey (Vitalab)
    2 cups oatmeal, ground
    1 cup splenda
    1 tsp. soda, cinamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 cup bananna, mashed
    1/2 unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg

Directions

12 muffins, 325 degrees, 15 - 20 minutes

mix dry ingredients. add wet ingredients in center (slighlty beat egg). fold until moist.

    Very tasty. I used 100% Whey protein vanilla powder, Cytolab instead of the Vitalab brand. I may decrease the amount of Splenda next time, as they are sweet. But the hubby likes them. He thinks they are "Dangerously good" - 7/13/10
