Introduction

This is a creation that spawned from my need to create something new from hamburger. It is good and can be altered according to peoples taste. I was going for a more Italian feel so I seasoned it with Italian spices. Feel free to mess with it and see what you create. I know it seems it takes awhile to cook but it is worth it when it is done. This is a creation that spawned from my need to create something new from hamburger.
