Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 250 grams
1 lb - washed, sliced 3-4 times, Strawberries, fresh, about 500 grams, no stems.
2 - Champagne Mangos (285 grams), peeled and pits removed. 1/2 inch dice.
    2 1/2 ounces - Cashew Nuts, raw (100 grams
    3 - Oranges, 391 grams
1 English Cucumber (with peel) about 310 grams
10 ounces, Sirloin Steak or Filet (medium).
2 Large firm (not overly ripe) tomatoes.
Salad dressing of choice (not mayo)

Directions

My preferred meat is cooked using a George Foreman grill. I grill it in about 150 gram portions (raw weight) and then bag and freeze it. I can then pull it out for anything I'm making or take it to work. It works great for a salad. Dice or slice about 1/2 inch chunks.
Mix the ingredients. It looks like a lot of salad but if its the main course, it's not a lot unless you eat it slow.
It's a 100% natural depending on your choice of salad dressings.

Enjoy!!! it is totally the best.
