Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
5-6 medium red potatoes, diced into small bite-size pieces (You may omit these, if you prefer to have rice as a side dish)
1 package small mushrooms, cut in half
Dressing (recommend doubling)
2 tsp.garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. rosemary
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
If using potatoes, parboil them for faster cook time.
Preheat oven to 350*
Slice and combine all vegetables and chicken in glass baking dish.
Mix dressing together and pour over items in dish, thoroughly coating everything.
Bake 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Stir mixture every so often.
