This is a variation of a dish I use to serve in the restaurant. This is a variation of a dish I use to serve in the restaurant.
Number of Servings: 6


    10 Brussel Sprouts cleaned and quartered
    1 lb fresh green beans
    1 med Red Bell Pepper cut into strips
    1 med onion cut into strips
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 T Olive Oil
    1 Splash of dry white wine
    Salt To taste
    Pepper To taste


yld approximately 6 1 cup servings

In a large saute pan, heat olive oil and add vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Add garlic. Saute until onions are translucent. Add splash of wine and allow it cook off a bit.
