got this recipe online but modified it -- decreased soy sauce (add equal amt water) to lower the sodium. Ingredients

    1 lb kg chicken wings, separated parts
    2 Tb honey
    1 Tb soy sauce, +1 TB water
    2Tb red wine
    2 Tb Asian chili sauce (Sriacha brand), or less
    2Tb Asian oyster sauce
    1 tsp ground ginger
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    0.3 cup chopped onion

Directions

Puree all marinade ingredients until smooth. Marinate chicken wings for about 15 min. Preheat oven to 400F. Put chicken wings into pan, pour half of marinade on top. Bake for 15 min, then remove and turn wings over and add rest of marinade. Bake for additional 15 min.
