Introduction

just as nice as the namebrand. just as nice as the namebrand.

Ingredients

    1 container 1 % cottage cheese
    fresh dill, parlsey and chives
    fresh ground black pepper

    dash of salt ( optional)

Directions

whirl cottage cheese in blended untill smooth add rest of ingredients and mix well store in a covered container in fridge for up to one week, nice on toast or crackers
serving size is 1 tablespoon

    Very Good
    Nice version of German "Kaeuterquark", especially with the first fresh herbs in spring if you grow them in your garden. Very good as a low-fat topping for baked potatos! - 10/22/11
