Ingredients

    1 cup plain soymilk
    1 cup soy yogurt blueberry
    1 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    1 oz. almonds
    2 tbsp wheat germ
    2 tbsp oats
    1/2 tbsp flaxseed oil
    1 tsp honey
    4 cubes ice (optional)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender at high speed until smoothe. Yields 2 servings.
