Introduction

Just like something the snack bar made us at high school football games! Just like something the snack bar made us at high school football games!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Shredded romaine (4cups)
    1/4 package Jenni-O Lean Ground Turkey
    Lowrys low sodium taco seasoning 1/2 packet
    1 cup black beans
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar
    about 10 baked tortilla chips crushed up

    1/4 cup light sour cream
    1/2 cup salsa

Directions

Brown turkey meat and add taco seasoning.
drain and wash black beans, warm in microwave about 45 seconds.

Mix sour cream and salsa together

In a bowl combine lettuce and tomatoes
add drained turkey and beans and cheddar cheese. Add Sour cream salsa dressing. Mix well. Divide between two bowls sprinkle evening with tortilla chips.
